Pakistan Property Show will be taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai – United Arab Emirates. You can find the event in Exhibition Hall 5 & 6.
You can join us for two full days of property from Pakistan on September 10 and 11, 2022. Don’t worry, it’s a weekend!
The show runs between 10:00AM and 7:30PM on both days.
While the show is specifically aimed at making it easier for overseas Pakistanis to invest in their homeland, anyone who is looking to invest in property in Pakistan should attend. You can find free parking for your car across the road from DWTC’s Convention Gate entrance. In addition, you can also try to find parking within Car Park 1.a, 1.b, and 1.c, which can be found across the Novotel Hotel entrance.
Paid parking can be found near the Sheikh Rashid Hall and within the Za’abeel Plaza.

Entry to Pakistan Property Show is absolutely free! There’s no ticket, but you will be required to register yourself. Don’t worry, the only thing you have to pay for is the property you want to buy!
Yes! Registration is mandatory and absolutely free. You can pre-register online here, or register for the event when you reach the venue. Once you register you will be given a badge for the event. The badge can be used on both days of the event.
The badge can only be used by the person that registered for it. Only one person may enter the event against one badge.
No. Children below the age of 12 may enter the event without a badge.
To make it easier for our visitors to navigate the event we have opened it for pre-registration. Pre-registration allows you to avoid the long queues at the event and breeze by the crowd to your favourite exhibitors. When you pre-register you will get a confirmation email. Please bring a print of the email to the venue and you will be given a badge against it.

And because you will be dealing with agents and developers directly you may also be able to get a custom payment plan for a unit that you are interested in. No. Unfortunately, this is not something that is possible at the event. As per DWTC rules, no such transactions are allowed. However, you can use your cards and mobile apps for any transaction.
