Pakistan Property Show will be taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai – United Arab Emirates. You can find the event in Za’abeel Hall 5.

You can join us for two full days of property from Pakistan on September 14 and 15, 2018. Don’t worry, it’s a weekend!

The show runs between 10:00AM and 8:30PM on both days.

While the show is specifically aimed at making it easier for overseas Pakistanis to invest in their homeland, anyone who is looking to invest in property in Pakistan should attend. The show brings some of the biggest names in property, behind some of the safest and most secure projects in Pakistan. So whether you are looking to invest in commercial property or looking for something residential, this is the right place for you.

You can find free parking for your car across the road from DWTC’s Convention Gate entrance. In addition, you can also try to find parking within Car Park 1.a, 1.b, and 1.c, which can be found across the Novotel Hotel entrance.

Paid parking can be found near the Sheikh Rashid Hall and within the Za’abeel Plaza.

DWTC is one of the most exclusive venues in the city. While you are there, you can enjoy the cafes, eateries and fine dining options. Check out the DWTC website for more details!

Entry to Pakistan Property Show is absolutely free! There’s no ticket, but you will be required to register yourself. Don’t worry, the only thing you have to pay for is the property you want to buy!

Yes! Registration is mandatory and absolutely free. You can pre-register online here, or register for the event when you reach the venue. Once you register you will be given a badge for the event. The badge can be used on both days of the event.

The badge can only be used by the person that registered for it. Only one person may enter the event against one badge.

No. Children below the age of 12 may enter the event without a badge.

To make it easier for our visitors to navigate the event we have opened it for pre-registration. Pre-registration allows you to avoid the long queues at the event and breeze by the crowd to your favourite exhibitors. When you pre-register you will get a confirmation email. Please bring a print of the email to the venue and you will be given a badge against it.

More than 50 exhibitors joined the 2017 show and the 2018 show promises to be bigger and better. This year we will be returning with more than 60 exhibitors to fulfil your property needs.

Exhibitors from all over Pakistan will be joining visitors in Dubai. So you can find something in the big metropolises, or opt for property options from smaller cities.

Yes. Many of the exhibitors will be putting up property on offer where it will be possible to pay in instalments. And because you will be dealing with agents and developers directly you may also be able to get a custom payment plan for a unit that you are interested in. Join us at the event to find exhibitors that have property available on instalments.

If you find a piece of property that you think you want to buy then you can definitely book it for yourself from the show itself. The whole point of the event is to make it easier for overseas Pakistanis to find property back home

No. Unfortunately, this is not something that is possible at the event. As per DWTC rules, no such transactions are allowed. However, you can use your cards and mobile apps for any transaction.
